RI Airshow 2008!
The local RI airshow was this past weekend. It’s basically down the street from my house, so we always go down to the beach to watch. Typically this means we see just the jets, and get a wicked sunburn, but it’s always worth it. Here is a link to the gallery with the images in it.
2008 Bermuda race start!
Made it to Castle Hill to watch the start of the Newport to Bermuda Race. The bay was CROWDED and there were at least 4 helicopters flying. Made for an interesting day to say the least. It’s always fun to see who shows up boat wise for these things, but my highlight was the last start with both Puma and Speedboat on the line together in the open division.
