I’ve been lucky enough to go watch both of the first two days of the America’s Cup World Series down in Newport this week. It’s amazing to see these boats race, they’re so fast and so close! New Zealand capsized around the weather mark yesterday right in front of us. They worked all night and […]
The America’s Cup World Series is in town. The containers rolled into town ~2 weeks ago and we’ve seen the village grow since then. Boat have been sailing starting this past week, but yesterday (Saturday) seems like it’s the first day they’ve all made it out on the water together. These boats are VERY impressive. […]

Made it to Castle Hill to watch the start of the Newport to Bermuda Race. The bay was CROWDED and there were at least 4 helicopters flying. Made for an interesting day to say the least. It’s always fun to see who shows up boat wise for these things, but my highlight was the last […]
I finally had some time last night to edit a few images from the trip south. These are here and over at syavalanche.com. I still have to sort through the shots I took in Antigua. Hopefully I’ll get those up tonight. Here are the shots from Antigua: and these are from our trip (vacation on […]
