Found a new access point in Portsmouth that got me a bit closer to Hog Island Shoal Light.  Let me know if you prefer the horizontal or vertical!  I’m learning to compose with a long lens these day (tamron 150-600mm) and I’m finding that a small change in my location can radically change the background with shots like this.  It’s a lot of fun to learn some new tricks.

Here’s a shot of the Mount Hope bridge from the same location just to share as more of a location/scouting report.  This is a pretty northerly view so it won’t really work for sunrise or sunset but with the right light and clouds this has some serious potential as well.
