Happy Father’s Day to all the other Dads out there reading this! I had a wonderful day. Yes we had crappy weather all weekend, but we managed to have a lot of fun today and yesterday. Yesterday was my first bike ride for the year. The new bike path is very nice and just over 9 miles to go out and back. I also shot the sunrise yesterday morning. Today was a group meet/brunch for NSOP and we had 11 adults and 3 kids at BAP and then we went off the Fort Adams and Brenton Point. That was a great start to the day, then we headed to my parents in the afternoon and the Stinton’s for dinner. It was howling outside all day and threatening to rain. I had planned on taking the visiting Texans sailing today, then heading out with my dad but the weather was a bit much and the timing got complicated so we bagged it. As much fun as sailing would have been today, I’m also glad we didn’t as I had a great day.
