Milwaukee Art Museum
While we were in Milwaukee this weekend we went to the Milwaukee Art Museum for a brunch. What an incredible building! The interior shot is a bit noisy thanks to the no tripod rule…

Milwaukee Pierhead Lighthouse
I was in Milwaukee for a family event this weekend. A group of us made it out to the Milwaukee Pierhead Lighthouse for sunrise. We had great light and a lot of fun. Enjoy.

New York City!
Made the annual trek to NYC for photo expo. This time Dave Simms and I got a hotel room and stayed over -vs- the crazy hours we’ve done in the past driving in for sunrise. This also meant we got to go to sleepy hollow lighthouse on the drive in. In the morning we had…

Iceland 2016
Iceland! It’s been a goal of mine to get to Iceland for a long time now. I’d seen an image of Svartifoss on Flickr a while ago and added it to my favorites. I didn’t know much about it other than it was a cool waterfall. I then began to look into the falls a bit…

Foggy Night at Castle Hill
Made it out to Castle Hill last night and had a fun time shooting as the fog rolled in just after the sun officially set. Made for some interesting light! Enjoy.

Mount Hope Bridge
Snagged this on the way home from a client’s shoot in December but I’m just getting to it now! Enjoy.

Moody Pebble Beach
Just dug this one out of last years archive while catching up on some family photos… Never processed this one for some reason but I’m really liking the moody/dark feeling to it. This happens to be shot with the sony 10-18mm wide angle lens that’s meant for their smaller sensors but it works on full…

Telluride!
I was lucky enough to sneak away to Telluride CO to visit my Aunt for a long weekend. I was there to help here with a new camera but we also got out skiing twice. Telluride sure has changed in the last ~20 years! Here’s a few landscapes I managed to snag while there.…

Waves…
Went out to Beavertail Sunday to see how it looked with a fresh blanket of snow. I was there mid afternoon so while the snow was beautiful there wasn’t much I wanted to shoot. As soon as I got out of the car I could hear the roar of the swell out at the light…
