Went down and shot the beach this morning.  The sunrise wasn’t spectacular but it was still worth shooting.  On the way home I also stopped by the nest at the bridge and got a shot of the owners.  I was surprised to see three at first, then the 4th showed up!

Went out to Ledge Road this morning.  The weather was forecast to be raining on and off and it had rained all night, but I caught a break there.  Then driving over the Newport Bridge it was quite foggy which made me wonder what I’d get, but somehow there wasn’t any fog on the ocean…

Went to Newton with the NSOP guys this morning.  The sunrise was OK, with the thunder storms in the area it had potential but it didn’t turn out as epic as we’d hoped.  It was still fun though and we had 5 guys this morning which is a lot for our group.

Got out to Sachuest again this morning. The sunrise was OK, it looked great, but it was DR hell… I played with the moon and the rad foregrounds and periwinkles instead, keeping the sun at my back. Two of the NSOP guys were there with me as well, and we actually went running afterwards!

Andy and I went out to Enders this past weekend.  It was my first sunrise shoot since vacation and it was a lot of fun.  Andy’s always trying to get me out there but it’s 2 hours west of me, that means earlier alarms and longer away from the house after the shoot, but I…

We managed to get away for a week and head down to Antigua to visit my parents (they keep their boat there all winter).  I took a hike from the fort in English Harbor up over to Pigeon beach and had some fun time with the camera.  Enjoy!

Went out before the rain this morning for another landscape at Sachuest.  Unfortunately I slept through the watch alarm and ended up being ~15 minutes late, and wouldn’t you know it, as I was walking in the path to an amazing sunrise, it faded before I was even 100′ from the car and left me…

I made it out to Sachuest yesterday morning.  I didn’t call the gang because I wasn’t sure if I’d sleep in or not, but I managed to get out of bed and not miss everything…  It was a decent sunrise with thick enough clouds I could shoot for a while w/o missing the best part…
