Sling bags reviewed: Incase DSLR Sling and Lowepro classified 220.

I’m a bag whore.  I admit it.  I’m always looking for a better bag solution for my use and I really like the idea of slings.  So I’ve been looking for a sling that I think will work for me and I had it narrowed down to two options, the new lowepro classified series (180 and 220) and the incase DSLR sling.  Well I broke down and ordered the incase last week and when it came, I knew it wasn’t perfect, so I ordered the 220 as well so I could compare them.  Now that it’s here, it’s not right either, so I’m actually going to return both bags and work on finding the PERFECT backpack for a DIY solution…  I have a DaKine and a Cirqueworks that will be my test mules to get the specs dialed in, then the search will be on.  Watch the video review to see exactly what I like and don’t like with both of these bags, but the short of it is the incase is just a bit too small and the 220 is too big and hard sides and it’s strap SUCKS.  The 180 might be the perfect size, but shooting with a sling JUST ONCE this morning proved to me that the single shoulder strap solution is not idea for me, it kept sliding around to the front!  The 180 does have a second strap to reduce that tendency, but if I’m going to use a mickey mouse second strap, why not just use a proper 2 strapped backpack anyway?
